TOON EXPO YEREVAN

TOON EXPO is the largest and most comprehensive real estate and construction exhibition in the region, held 6 times in Armenia: in 2022, 2023 (twice due to market demand), 2024,
and in 2025 with TOON EXPO MOSCOW and TOON EXPO YEREVAN.

8 out of 10 people surveyed in Armenia are familiar with the exhibition.

Around 200 companies from Armenia and international markets participate in the expo, representing the real estate, construction, and related industries. They offer exclusive deals available only during the exhibition days, and present visually impressive booths with building models and interactive experiences for visitors.

Over the course of 4 years and 6 exhibitions, more than $750 million worth of real estate has been sold. Notably, 20% of all real estate sold in Armenia in 2025 was transacted at TOON EXPO 2025.

This is a unique and one-of-a-kind platform globally, where visitors can explore nearly all current real estate offerings under one roof - all in a single visit.

In June 2025, TOON EXPO crossed Armenia’s borders for the first time with TOON EXPO MOSCOW 2025.

During TOON EXPO 2024, the Armenian Real Estate Globalization Summit was also held, in partnership with the Armenian Developers Association and the Association of Realtors of Armenia, focusing on challenges and upcoming trends in the real estate sector.

The expo typically features expert seminars and panel discussions aimed at analyzing and forecasting market issues and developments in real estate and construction.
