WE ARE HIRING OFFICE MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise office deliveries and transportation orders.
  • Welcome and guide guests, ensure appropriate hospitality.
  • Manage office purchases: supplies, stationery, and technical equipment.
  • Monitor the quality of cleaning and plant maintenance services.
  • Supervise office inventory and ensure smooth operation of equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
  • Organize food orders and water supply for the office.
  • Ensure uninterrupted internet, corporate phone lines, and communication systems.
  • Monitor emails and phone calls, redirecting to the appropriate team members.
  • Track employee check-in and check-out times, and prepare relevant reports.
  • Assist with effective management of logistical and material expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to office administrative policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on completed tasks and incurred expenses.

Required Skills

  • Higher or vocational education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent Armenian, good English, and preferably sufficient Russian language skills.
  • Experience in administrative or office coordination roles is a plus.
