Organized Exhibitions

TOON EXPO is the largest and most comprehensive real estate and construction exhibition in the region, held 5 times in Armenia: in 2022, 2023 (twice due to market demand), 2024, and in 2025 with TOON EXPO MOSCOW and TOON EXPO YEREVAN.

Partners

Around 200 companies from Armenia and international markets participate in the expo, representing the real estate, construction, and related industries. They offer exclusive deals available only during the exhibition days, and present visually impressive booths with building models and interactive experiences for visitors.

Sales Volume

Over the course of 4 years and 6 exhibitions, more than $750 million worth of real estate has been sold. Notably, 20% of all real estate sold in Armenia in 2025 was transacted at TOON EXPO 2025.
