An exhibition, in general, is a well-organized presentation of things in a predetermined place for a pre-selected target.Exhibitions traditionally take place in cultural or educational environments, such as museums, art galleries, gardens, libraries, galleries, et, but commercial and economic exhibitions, such as world fairs, have strengthened their positions for centuries, expanding
and gaining a foothold in many countries. All industries can and do use exhibition scale as a tool to communicate with the public, stakeholders or potential partners (customers, audience). Exhibitions are always scheduled, open or close on certain dates. The venue of the exhibition is determined in advance, but there are also traveling exhibitions that change the venue at a certain time. For example, there are exhibitions that feature temporary exhibits that move from one institution to another and are considered traveling exhibits. Although exhibitions may seem like ordinary events, the concept of an exhibition is quite broad and includes many changes. The scope of the exhibition as a tool is very wide. An exhibition is considered as the Greatest Fair in the World, as well as a solo exhibition of one artist or an exhibition of only one brand. The organization of exhibitions requires individual work with all
exhibitors (products, exhibits, organizations, individuals), effective planning of events, management, promotion, distribution and logistics. The organization of exhibitions involves the participation of various professional blocks and is considered one of the most diverse areas. The exhibition began to be used as a clear communication tool in the 19th century, but before that there were various temporary exhibitions, especially in large cities, mostly regular exhibitions of new art.The Paris Salon of the Academy of Fine Arts was one of the most famous since 1667 and has been open to the public since 1737.The same dynamics continued in the middle of the 18th century. The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition held in London every year since 1769.In the middle of the 19th century, many of the new national museums in Europe were operating, demonstrating their own collections.”Chronology of temporary exhibitions at the British Museum” begins in 1838.The tradition of “World Expo” and “World’s Fair” began with the Great Exhibition in London in 1851.This event is held every few years. The Eiffel Tower in Paris was built for the Universal Exhibition (1889) and served as the main entrance arch.
