Job Responsibilities

Collecting and maintaining a database (data entry, editing, and verification)

Managing electronic correspondence and organizing written communication

Maintaining ongoing communication with established clients and gathering necessary materials

Collaborating with marketing and design representatives involved in the project to provide required information

Coordinating and managing contracts and documentation

Participating in organizational tasks before and after events

Providing regular work reports and mandatory participation in meetings
Job Requirements

Experience in customer service will be considered an advantage

Ability to multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English
Work Conditions

Five-day work week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
-
Two weeks per month with a six-day work schedule, with half-day hours from 11:00 to 15:00
